Our steaks are all dry aged for a minimum of 35 days. Cuts of beef MRBL’d for extra quality and flavour. Cooked over fire and charcoal to enhance your steak experience.
Working with HG Walter, we use only selective native breeds. English longhorn, Hereford and Aberdeen Angus. Grass fed and reared on farms in Yorkshire and Norfolk.
